Trauma-Informed Advocacy
Providing direct crisis support, navigation resources, and emotional accompaniment for survivors as they heal on their own terms and at their own pace.
The Medusa Shield Project is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering survivors of sexual assault through trauma-informed advocacy, comprehensive support systems, and community education. We strive to provide a secure sanctuary for healing, protect survivor rights, and dismantle the systemic barriers to justice and recovery.
Our core initiatives are structured to walk with survivors at every step of their journey.
Providing direct crisis support, navigation resources, and emotional accompaniment for survivors as they heal on their own terms and at their own pace.
Creating safe, unyielding spaces for survivors to connect, share their stories, and find solidarity without fear of judgment, minimization, or silence.
Offering clear, accessible toolkits to help survivors understand their choices, protect their privacy, and navigate medical, legal, and institutional systems.
Engaging local communities and institutions to change the narrative around trauma, support victim disclosures, and build proactive environments of prevention.

If you cannot use a private tab, remember to manually delete your history for the specific hours you visited safety sites, rather than wiping all history (which looks suspicious).
